Is a signature required for my package?
No, a signature would not be required for standard delivery packages. A signature required package can be requested, for an additional fee.
What shipping company do you use?
UPS is Sweet Tarts Inc.’s preferred domestic and international carrier. We also offer shipping via USPS Priority mail. UPS ships Monday through Friday on business days. USPS ships Monday through Saturday. A list of holidays that UPS and USPS do not ship on can be found at www.ups.com or www.usps.gov.
I upgraded my shipping. Why isn’t my package here yet?
Sweet Tarts Inc.’s business days are M-F 10am-6pm EST. Upgraded shipping is calculated from the time your order is processed. Sweet Tarts Inc. does not guarantee packages delivery time, for any orders. Therefore, no refund of shipping cost will be issued. Please choose shipping options appropriately. Orders received after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time may not be shipped until the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to you via email on the day that your order is shipped. You can also retrieve your tracking number on http://toysdotalkback.com HOMEPAGE by clicking on “Order Status” found under the about link. An item is missing from my shipment?
Please make sure to empty all packing materials from your package, while keeping an eye out for small items. If you are certain that you have not received an item, please review your order online at http://toysdotalkback.com to make sure your item is not on back order. Remember to have your order number and email address available. It your order shows that the item(s) were shipped, please contact customer service at email@example.com. All missing items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package.
I received someone else’s order?
Please DO NOT open or remove any items from the package, and contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What’s is your return policy?
Because of the sensitive nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is for damaged or non-functioning product. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you need to contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com if you have any questions. Any items that is returned without authorization will not be accepted or returned.
I received the wrong item.
At Sweet Tarts Inc. we strive for accuracy, but we are also human and mistakes do happen. Please call our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. and report shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package.
Can I place a phone order?
No. All orders are done online.
What products do your sales restrictions include?
Currently the following manufactures DO NOT allow any further discounting of their product prices unless it is exclusively mentioned for that brand of product.
When can I expect to receive my backordered item?
Depending on the manufacturer, backordered items can be out of stock for several weeks. We will contact you and give you the option of a comparable item or a refund. We try not to ship partial items, but will do so upon your request.
How do I make a change to my order or cancel an item?
Email email@example.com immediately. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours when we receive them. If your order has already been shipped, you will be charged a $12.50 cancellation fee.
International /APO/FPO orders
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
No. We do not provide shipment to APO and FPO addresses at this time.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. For international orders please check the legal status in your area. Some countries, counties and providences do not allow products of this nature to be purchased or owned. We cannot be responsible for orders not received due to customs.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Sweet Tarts Inc. accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All orders must be paid in U.S. Currency. Your account will be automatically debited once you purchase the items.
When will my credit appear on my account after a return?
Based on banking establishment, your credit card will be credited within 3-5 business days from the date that we cancel your order or receive your returned item(s).
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
All customers will receive a copy of their invoice with their order, but can also access order information and history on the HOMEPAGE by clicking on “Order Status” under the about link. Remember to have your order number and email address handy. If you need additional assistance, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All out of state shipping are not subjected to pay sales tax except for orders shipped within New York.
